Grilled zucchini and roasted red pepper risotto cake with a roasted carrot puree
Salad Course
Baby spinach, dried Door County cherries, fresh pears, spicy candied pecans, Blue cheese crumbles, sliced red onion and balsamic vinaigrette
Main Entree
6oz Certified Angus Beef tenderloin filet grilled to your liking and presented with a red onion confit demi. Accompanied by citrus-herb marinated grilled jumbo shrimp tossed with a lobster-sherry butter. Yukon and parsnip smashed potatoes and sauteed garlic, wild mushroom and baby spinach
Dessert Course
Double chocolate bundt cake with a warm ganache drizzle and accompanied by vanilla ice cream
