Bruschetta
   Grilled French bread, fresh basil pesto, marinated tomatoes and red onions and grated Parmesan cheese.  Contains nuts.
Maine Lobster Bisque
   Our made-from-scratch version of the classic.
*Caesar Salad
   Romaine lettuce, homemade Caesar dressing, baked croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
*Apple and Goat Cheese Salad
   Mixed spring greens, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, Granny Smith apples, Door County dried cherries, spiced candied pecans, red onion and Chevre cheese.  Contains nuts.

*Cocoa Spiced Pork Ribs
   Slow-cooked succulent ribs with Memphis Mop Sauce, accompanied by braised red cabbage and sweet potato mashed.
Door County Cherry Barbeque Chicken
   Tender boneless chicken breast, grilled, cherry BBQ sauce, Door County cherry-walnut wild rice blend and fresh seasonal vegetables.  Contains nuts.
*Chipotle Shrimp
   Sautéed prawns tossed in chipotle-parsley butter, roasted garlic and Parmesan mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable.
Mission Crab Risotto Cakes
   Maryland Blue Crab meat and risotto with roasted garlic aioli, accompanied by sweet potato mashed and vegetable du jour.
Gourmet Mac and Cheese Bake

   Cavatappi pasta, aged Cheddar, Mascarpone and Gruyere cheeses.  Baked with Parmesan bread crumbs and served with fresh seasonal vegetable.

   Made in house toffee, French vanilla ice cream, caramel and chocolate sauces, chopped peanuts and a maraschino cherry.  Contains nuts.
