Prime Rib Au Jus

8 oz. Certified Angus Beef ®slow-roasted to perfection (available blackened), with our Chef’s blend of herbs and seasonings, finished with red wine au jus, served with a side of horseradish cream sauce. Accompanied by parsnip and Yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetable.   $20

Bistro Chicken

Tender breast of chicken served over a bed of wilted baby spinach, artichoke hearts and caramelized onions, finished with lemon-goat cheese beurre blanc.  Complemented by Door County cherry and walnut wild rice blend.  $16

Maryland Blue Crab Cakes

Two crab cakes with sauce rémoulade on the side.  Accompanied by Door County cherry and walnut wild rice blend and fresh sautéed vegetable.   $17

Italian Mac and Cheese Bake

Macaroni baked with mascarpone, gruyere, and parmesan cheeses topped with seasoned panko bread crumbs. Accompanied by fresh vegetable du jour.   $15
