Starters

Bruschetta

Grilled French bread with our special pesto, topped with marinated plum tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. $8

Spicy Tuna Rolls

Waukame salad, wasabi, soy sauce and ginger. $12

French Brie

Brie cheese, baked with figs, walnuts and citrus marmalade, served with grilled French bread. $12

Cheese Plate

A selection of gourmet cheeses with fruit accompaniment. $15


Soups and Salads

Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing, topped with baked croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese (add anchovies if you like!). $8

Pear and Goat Cheese Salad

Select mixed exotic greens tossed with house vinaigrette dressing and topped with poached pears, Door County dried cherries, Montrachet cheese, toasted walnuts and red onion. $9

Lobster Bisque

A sumptuous puree of cream, herbs and spices with fresh Maine lobster. $11

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Cognac and Sherry caramelized onions in a rich beef stock topped with a homemade crouton and baked with Provolone and Parmesan cheeses. $8


Entrees

Prime Rib au Jus

Certified Angus Beef ® slow-roasted to perfection (available blackened), with our Chef’s blend of herbs and seasonings, finished with wild mushroom au jus, served with a side of horseradish cream sauce. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and fresh seasonable vegetable. (suggested wine: cabernet sauvignon, merlot) House Cut (12 oz.) $27 King Cut (16 oz.) $32

Filet Mignon

8 oz. Certified Angus Beef® grilled to your liking, finished with a wild mushroom Bordelaise sauce. Served with Parmesan cream spinach and mashed potatoes. (add Maryland blue crab risotto cake with roasted garlic aioli for an additional five dollars) $39

Terra Aqua

8 oz. Certified Angus Beef® grilled, finished with a wild mushroom Bordelaise sauce and a half of a pound of split king crab legs served with drawn butter. Parmesan cream spinach and du jour mashed potatoes. Market price
(suggested wine: zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, merlot)

Roasted Maple Leaf Duck

Oven-roasted fresh farm raised duckling, finished with a Door County cherry Bigaraude sauce and served with the Chef’s rice du jour and fresh sautéed vegetable. $24
(suggested wine: pinot noir, merlot)

Mission Stuffed Pork Chop

Marinated and stuffed with Boursin cheese, spinach, roasted red peppers and mushrooms, bacon wrapped and prepared to medium, presented with a wild mushroom Marsala cream sauce. Served with sweet potato mash and fresh seasonal vegetable. $26
(suggested wine: zinfandel, shiraz, pinot noir)

Grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon Asian Style

Wild salmon (flown in fresh from Alaska) in an Asian marinade, grilled to medium, finished with citrus vinaigrette, accompanied by Chef’s rice du jour and fresh seasonal vegetable. $26
(suggested wine: pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, riesling)

Pistachio Crusted Alaskan Halibut

Fresh wild Alaskan halibut filet crusted with pistachios, oven roasted, presented with lemon beurre blanc. Chef’s wild rice blend and seasonal fresh vegetable. $28

Alaskan King Crab Legs

One pound of split Alaskan king crab legs accompanied by drawn butter. Du jour wild rice blend and seasonal vegetable. Market price

Mission Crab Risotto Cakes

Three risotto Maryland blue crab cakes sautéed and presented with a roasted garlic aioli, accompanied by sweet potato mash and Parmesan cream spinach. $21

Chicken Penne

Tender chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in a Southwestern Alfredo sauce, tossed with penne pasta, topped with balsamic reduction and blue cheese crumbles. $22

Grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon or Chicken Pear and Goat Cheese Salad

A larger portion of our pear and goat cheese salad with your choice of grilled wild Alaskan salmon filet or marinated chicken breast (available blackened). Salmon $24 Chicken $19
