In addition to our regular winter menu the following Prix Fixe menu will be available:
$50 per person or $70 per person with wine accompaniments
Appetizer Course
Roasted squash ravioli with a maple-thyme cream sauce
Salad Course or Soup Course
Baby spinach and granny smith apple salad – Baby spinach with granny smith apples, Door County dried cherries, spiced candied pecans, sliced red onions, blue cheese crumbles, and balsamic vinaigrette
or
Roasted corn and green chili bisque
Main Entree
Baby spinach, boursin cheese and roasted walnut stuffed pork loin. Finished with red wine cherry demi reduction. Yukon gold and parsnip mashed potatoes, sweet and sour braised red cabbage
Or
Grilled Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon presented with a caper-dill cream. With roasted baby bakers and sautéed mushrooms, roasted garlic and baby spinach.
Dessert Course
Warm apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and bourbon Carmel sauce
